This is a very special meetup! Richard Morris (my 2 Keto Dudes podcast co-host) and I will be cooking for YOU at the RD86 space. Richard is going to make his sous-vide salmon with crispy salmon skin and fennel salad. I'm cooking braised short ribs with a roasted cauliflower au gratin and sauteed spinach. For dessert, a keto eclair! Keto libations will also be available.
RD86 used to be the Spark Makerspace, and before that it was the El & Gee club. This is where the cooking demonstrations from Ketofest were held last year, and will be held again this year. Now, it's a complete production kitchen and restaurant.
For this event we have a very special feature. We're going to have a live remote Q&A session with Dr. Ken Berry!You'll get to ask questions and get answers. Megan Ramos will also grace us with her remote presence! This is a great opportunity for anyone in this group to get some face time with the greater ketogenic community.
