Ring in the spring with lamb! Carl cooks up an all-day-smoked leg of lamb with Moroccan spices and keto hummus with a fresh Greek salad on side.
Happy hour (4 PM to 5 PM) is when everyone meets, shares a beverage (wine, seltzer, diet soda, or water) and some yummy charcuterie and cheese.
At 5 PM, Carl will demonstrate how to make the dishes which will be served at 6 PM.
The main dish is a leg of lamb generously rubbed wtth Moroccan spices that's been smoking all day - served with a roasted cauliflower and garlic hummus tahini that will blow your mind! The lamb is served with a fresh Greek salad with feta, olives, oregano, and a tangy Greek dressing. Of course, there will be some amazing Mediterranean red wine to accompany this delectable dish.
At 6:30 PM we will be honored to have a remote talk with Nina Tiecholz, author of the award winning book, "The Big Fat Surprise."
As per usual, the amazing Carrie Brown will again grace us with amazing desserts!
