This group is for anyone who desires to take their fitness (both mentally and physically) to new and exciting heights. We will be challenging ourselves each and every class to be the absolute best versions of ourselves...no exceptions! In this class, you will be instructed and lead with the focus on proper technique, tempo and speed of your exercises. Education is to the top priority of this class, with fun being the close second. There is a lot of misinformed people out there and I just want to help as many people as I can to get you closer to that person that you always knew you could be!
PLEASE, bring a towel and/or mat; along with two 1gallon water jugs (with handle)
