Hey Fit Enthusiasts!
For our first inaugural MeetUp, let's get together to do a quick workout at the Fly, meet other enthusiasts and try not to freeze!!
Kids are welcome! I will have my 8 & 12 year old nieces there and will program something fun for them to do with us while we work out and socialize.
The workout will be limited to body weight movements and some calisthenics training. Our fitness leaders will also hang around to answer any nutritional or fitness related questions you may have.
Some workouts we may include:
- Core Training
- Squats and Lungs
