This is a new series The Art of Falling Back Upon Oneself in which Ken shares themes from his books and experiences as a monk in India and more than 40 years of practice of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga with well known masters of this century. He guides in meditation and points us to heart centered living as taught by the great traditions while reducing the abstractions of dogma and symbols to apply to our everyday lives by helping us to see the blind spots and obstructions preventing our full and joyous life. The program usually combines a talk, period of Satsang or questions and answers and guided meditation. All are invited from beginners to advanced practitioners. Attendees are invited to bring cushions or we provide chairs for those who need.
