What we're about

Everybody is welcome to experience and dicover the healing and wellbeing effects of Qigong. Qigong is an ancient practice based on the Chinese Medicine in which gentle and meditative movements are used to cultivate our energy and facilitate its flow through the meridians of our bodies. This keep our bodies and mind healthy and can also heal many conditions. That is because the energy flow can get rid of any stangation that, according the Chinese Medicine, is the basis of any illness or pain.

The Qigong we'll be practicing is mainly based in the Five Elements. This Chinese philosophy is used to understand reality and our own bodies. Different energetic Elements, the Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and the Wood are associated with different organs and meridians in our bodies, as well as with different seasons of the year. So we'll be practicing Qigong that is appropriate for our health in each time of the year.

The sessions are held in spacious and luminous studios and practiced by a wide range of people. Practicing Qigong makes people to feel more relaxed and balanced and with a great sense of welbeing.

You will only need wearing comfortable clothes and light trainers, though some people like practicing barefoot. Our studios have brilliant equipment that I Iike using time to time for particular exercises.

These Qigong LIVE virtual classes are open to all levels and abilities and beginners are welcome. Qigong are gentle and meditative movements in which we synchronise movement with our own breathing. One of the aims is to STOP that voice in our head that is always talking to us so we then can become uttely relaxed, mind and body, and present. This already has amazing health benefits. The classe will be every : Monday : 4pm-5pm Wednesday : 10am-11am You'll need either a computer, laptop, tablet or smart TV with a good internet connexion.
