Come and experience Qigong gentle and meditative exercises in a nice and safe environment with practitioner Àgata. Qigong is excellent to keep our body flexible and relaxed and keep a calm and clear mind, that's why Doctors recommend it. Among others, it’s excellent to release neck and shoulder tension, improve body posture and coordination, as well as combat anxiety and get a sense of wellbeing. A L L . W E L C O M E These are drop in sessions open to all levels and all that’s required are comfortable clothes and light trainers. Attendants can just turn up and pay on arrival. Cost £7 or £5 concessions. My name is Àgata and I deliver Chen style Qigong in the Manchester area. I’ve been practicing Qigong since 2011 and I received my instructor training from Master Liming Yue at the Chen Style Tai Chi Centre. I have deep interest in energy work and meditation techniques. In July I became a holistic Shiatsu practitioner, a practice I carry on studying at the Shiatsu College. I am also studying Buddhism and meditation at the Manchester’s Kadampa Meditation Centre with Principal Teacher Gen Kelsang Lhachog and I've just started the Four Foundations training programme course with Tino Faithful. The aim of these Qigong sessions is to benefit people's health.
