Also: Joel Walker at Industrial Resolution in Lancaster is hiring. See his note below:

Industrial Resolution is a living, breathing, tech service and innovation company that is focused on healthy and natural growth. We are hiring front end Web developers ready to learn back end developing and back end developers who want to learn more back end development. We work mostly from a LAMP stack, often build websites on Drupal or Wordpress. We haven't yet nailed down our favorite platform for mobile application development, though Titanium is up there. Occasionally, Java and/or C# still gets used as well. Keeping a sharp edge within our industry requires us to have the sort of cavalier openness to fresh thinking and innovative problem solving that turns everyday programmers into versatile team members, so while we would like you to be familiar with the bundle and platforms listed above, we are also excited to learn from your experience and skill set as well.

Common traits possessed by an Industrial Resolution programmer are:
    • Analytical thinking
    • Slightly off centered sense of humor
    • Proven experience in web development
    • Strong communication skills
    • Creativity (This is a trait, not a job title. There is no "Creative" department here.)
    • Ability to work well in teams and independently
    • Initiative (the opposite of utter laziness)
    • E-commerce experience
    • Ability to break a large task into small parts
