Kykuit usually requires a reservation to do their tours since their tours tend to sell out ahead of time esp. on the weekend. Philipsburg Manor you might be able to get a tour of but you need to get there early. There is separate pricing for both tours. Kykuit is $25 and Philipsburg Manor is $12. Reservations are recommended for Kykuit.
