Basics: This will be a VERY Fit Beginners / Intermediate (http://www.meetup.com/hiking-NYC/pages/Hiking_Levels/) hike of 10-12 miles. There will be lots of scrambling up and down hills; pace will be quick (about 2 mi/hour). We'll hike the 7 Hills trail, possibly loop aroun the lake, and return via Reeves Meadow Brook trail.
We will gather in the Reeves Meadow Visitor Center parking area (about a mile on 7 Lakes Drive after turnoff from rte 17).
Note that due to the season, there is snow and ice on the ground. Also, temperatures likely to feel colder than 30F due to wind.
