Please use a picture showing your face. Some event hosts require it, and it is always helps to recognize people.

Yes

Do you understand that these are social events for hikers, and you are responsible for your own safety at all times?

Yes

Which types of events interest you: Short day hikes (<10m), long day hikes, weekend camping, backpacking, winter hiking, mountaineering, etc?

I am interested in all these activities as time permits.

What is your hiking experience? What are a few hikes you've done? (This information helps us better plan events suitable for the group.)

I have years of hiking and climbing, scrambling experience, however age has slowed me a bit! I've been trying new things like rock climbing, Xcountry skiing and would like to try other things such as caving and ice climbing to see if I like it.

Would you say you're a slow, intermediate, or fast hiker?

I can say I am an intermediate hiker but it depends on the pace of the group. As I get to know more hikers I can better determine that.
