Please use a picture showing your face. Some event hosts require it, and it is always helps to recognize people.

Do you understand that these are social events for hikers, and you are responsible for your own safety at all times?

Understood, I have gone camping/hiking enough to know what I am capable of and how to handle injuries.

Which types of events interest you: Short day hikes, long day hikes, weekend camping, backpacking, winter hiking, world travel, rock climbing, canyoneering, mountaineering, etc?

Short day hikes, backpacking, camping, backpacking, snowboarding, mountain biking

Do you have any hiking experience? If yes, where and what kind of trips? Please provide a brief description of length, duration and trail difficulty as this information helps us better plan events suitable for the group.

Yes. Mostly day hikes, but I like scrambles and relatively tough hikes. I do not like climbing(and I don't have the gear for it). In WA, I went hiking and camping in the Cascades quite a bit and out east i've hiked some adirondacks and catskills

Would you say you're a slow, intermediate, or fast hiker?

Intermediate to fast hiker

Hi, my name is Adam and I recently moved into Astoria. I was looking for a group that organizes camping trips and hikes and found this on Meetup. I haven't gone on particularly extreme hikes, but I like scrambles and boulder crawls.
