Please use a picture showing your face. Some event hosts require it, and it is always helps to recognize people.

Yes

Do you understand that these are social events for hikers, and you are responsible for your own safety at all times?

Yes

Which types of events interest you: Short day hikes (<10m), long day hikes, weekend camping, backpacking, winter hiking, mountaineering, etc?

Short day hikes, long day hikes, other activities: maybe (world travel is tempting but not going to happen anytime soon ...)

What is your hiking experience? What are a few hikes you've done? (This information helps us better plan events suitable for the group.)

Done a lot of short to medium sized trips with my parents when I was younger More recently did a one day hike: Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and a one day hike to the Pico Austria (nearly 5'400 m high) in Bolivia.

Would you say you're a slow, intermediate, or fast hiker?

intermediate to fast
