Target Audience

This particular session is meant for a non-technical Business audience. While Corda meetups typically target a technical audience, considering one of the beauties of blockchain is how it is engaging a full spectrum of roles, we have decided to alternate sessions between business and technical content to be more inclusive and reflective of the realities of blockchain’s importance and popularity.

Does money need an asset-backed third party to issue it, like a central bank or commercial bank? What are some of the important considerations for both users and issuers of money with blockchain technology? Why should these developments in cash and payments matter to you?
