The purpose of this group is to write your grief story about a loss you experienced. Although loss (death of a loved one, divorce, breakup, job loss and so forth) is the main focus, we welcome anyone dealing with any issue resulting in grief. There will be prompts and exercises to help participants write about the grief story. I started this group because I experienced a situation of loss and kept my grief hidden for many years. Once I was able to tell my grief story, I began to shed the grief I felt which allowed me to heal. Peer supported. We are not psychologists or psychiatrists.
