Thought it would be a good opportunity to return to Bell, Book & Candle, a local neighborhood gem in the West Village. Run by Irish American chef John Mooney the menu offers a range of creative dishes, whereby 60% of their organically grown produce comes from their rooftop aeroponic system (garden).
One of their absolutely fabulous offerings is the Irish Cheddar Soup - that uses Knockanore smoked Irish cheddar. We couldn't get enough of it on our last visit! So if you're tempted please join in (whether you order the soup or not) and enjoy the cuisine of Bell, Book & Candle.
