What we're about

Mindfulness and meditation skills can decrease anxiety, increase wellbeing, and improve performance. And when it comes to meeting up, the ability to be fully present is an important part of forming powerful, life changing connections.

Having regularly scheduled time and space is a proven way to deepen one's practice. We are fortunate to have an opportunity to practice together weekly at Meetup HQ in the 9th floor space on Wednesdays at 3pm!!
