Hey everyone!

Wanted to share with you that, Dan Crosta, 10gen Developer will be giving a half-day workshop on November 21st from 9:30-1:30 p.m. at General Assembly on building web applications with MongoDB.

Dan will be presenting the fundamental principales of MongoDB, how to set up and interact with the database, and what to consider when building applications using a document-based data model.  The workshop will cover:

  3. How the MongoDB drivers work, and how to use them to build applications
  4. Data modeling with MongoDB documents
  5. Unique database features, including capped collections, large file storage, and atomic updates
