What we're about

This is a group for anyone who eats a Paleo, or mostly Paleo diet, eats a Primal diet, or who is interested in doing so and who is also interested in learning how to create a modern version of a Paleo /Primal lifestyle. We'll meet every other week for quick healthy meal workshops, tastings and tips on how you can integrate exercise into your daily routine. At our meetings every member of this group will have the opportunity to put on a presentation of a quick healthy meal recipe that they want to share with the rest of the group.
