It's clear as day the real estate market is getting hot. With 100% financing through hard money back and institutional funding loosening up everyday its just a matter of time till the market catches on fire!
Simply said, if you aren't flooded with deals right now you better attend this event so you can see where they are all at. You could be investing in the same town you have been for the past 3 years but if you aren't flooded with opportunities in it right now it is because you don't know what they look like anymore.
