Get together for Meditation+Yoga in a 90-minute session. This class is two sessions in one: Meditation from 6 to 6:25, and Yoga from 6:25 to 7:25, come for either or both. We begin with meeting each other and socializing, followed by a short talk and guided meditation; mindfulness, compassion, and openness. We then take a yoga class where we flow with a powerful athletic yoga sequence that is rich in details and information, and there are always opportunities to ask questions and work on specifics. Suitable for students of all levels who love a challenging sweaty practice. Build and refine an intelligent understanding of the movement, actively learning how to move in a way that is always conducive to your strength and flexibility, and have fun hanging out with like-minded professionals in Manhattan.
