At HUB PTC, we aim to instill old-school training methods of repetition and focus on technique with newer ideas of aesthetic and flow to develop a strong, confident and unique parkour athlete.
These classes are run in a different format than our childrens classes - here the class is segmented between instruction and open time to not only learn skills and fundamentals, but time to focus on what you prefer to do and specific challenges you have to break.

Class is one hour instructional, one hour free/supervised time.
What is Parkour?
Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation. Parkour developed from military training, which gives it some aspects of a non-combative martial art.

Our coaches are all experienced practitioners who have put thousands of hours into perfecting their technique, breaking huge fears and honing their ability to breakdown every skill.
The Gym is 6000 sqft of solid and modular construction. Everything here is designed to teach and practice movement. From the bars to our precision trainers, every obstacle presents a challenge to the mind and body.
