Please join us for a refreshing, re-charging Guided-Meditation sit. Each time we will introduce and practice different meditation methodologies.

Meditation styles include: mindfulness, grounding, light, healing, centering, expansion of the heart, insight and more!

This class is intended to strengthen one's meditation practice, or to help one start a meditation practice. It’s a time where you can try different meditation models, share experiences with like-minded people and ask questions.

Each meditation will be followed by an optional discussion.

• What to bring
Please feel free to bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the ground, however chairs are provided. You may also bring a journal and pen if you wish to record your experience. Other than that, just bring yourself and an open mind willing to explore.

Drop-in Class. All are Welcome.

Cost: Free, donations are welcome

Location: The class is being held at the Sophia Wisdom Center at 844 Grand Ave in New Haven CT. There is plenty of on street parking, across the street. (Please do not park in the parking lots on either side of the building.)
