Announcing a new Meetup for Meditation & Inner Spirituality Group - New Haven!

What: Seminar: The Art of Meditation - Listening to God

When: September 17,[masked]:30 PM

Center of Light
844 Grand Ave.
New Haven, CT 06511

When we get still in our mind, we can draw close to the Great Source of
peace and love. Getting still in our mind is essential to meditation.

So how does one come to this place in meditation of spiritual silence and
stillness when our minds are filled with chaos and chatter?

This workshop emphasizes the importance of learning to listen, without
distraction, to that Still Small Voice Within through the practice of
meditation. And in this seminar, you will learn how to quiet your mind and
tap into a natural state of REST, PEACE, JOY and CREATIVITY that is
possible for everyone.
About the presenter

Rev. Johanna has a bachelor of science degree in engineering from Boston University, graduate work in molecular biology from Wesleyan University, and is currently pursuing a career change into the field of nursing. She is the mother of two school-aged children. She co-directs the Center of Light, a spiritual school and meditation center, in New Haven with her husband, Rev. Michael Knight.
