Please join me this Thursday (5/9), Friday (5/10), and Saturday(5/11) at Tribeca to view some of the Bosnian films. This year is BHFF's 10th anniversary! The tickets are $14 per block and each block can have either one feature length film or a number of short/documentary films, or a combination of short/documentary films and a feature length film. Please go to the website: www.bhffnyc.org, and click on the "Program" to find out more about each film, and "Tickets" to buy tickets. Tickets can be purchased on-site as well.
A little bit about the Festival:
The Bosnian-Herzegovinian Film Festival (BHFF) is an annual event, featuring contemporary Bosnian-Herzegovinian cinematography and films with Bosnia and Herzegovina as their theme. Since its founding in 2003, the BHFF has gained a reputation as an important showcase that provides a platform for the exposure of up-and-coming and internationally-renowned filmmakers, thus contributing to a greater understanding of this country, its diverse culture and complex history.
This vibrant cultural event, taking place in New York City, brings together a wide spectrum of audiences. To date, BHFF has screened close (http://www.bhffnyc.org/html/aboutbhff.htm#) to 100 feature length, short, documentary and animated films viewed by several thousand people.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
