     Participating in this women’s group was a very raw experience. You might cry or laugh or both. Either way you will definitely enjoy every session. Tracy ensures every woman feels safe in a non judgemental and peaceful environment. She gives you the knowledge and skills to understand why you do the things you do and practical strategies on how to cope with your thoughts and feelings. When you understand something you have a better chance of changing it...Tracy helps you understand and make the change. This group is all about women building each other up. Tracy provided background information, tools and research to help us along a challenging journey.      When I first signed up for this group I was looking forward to getting to the real reason that I eat emotionally and I thought this was going to be an emotional and potentially painful process. After experiencing the first class with Tracy I was amazed that by the end of the class we had worked through a lot, but I actually felt lighter and had really enjoyed myself! As I continued on with the group I found myself looking forward to Monday evenings with Tracy and the amazing group of women she had brought together. I will be forever grateful to Tracy for the amazing lessons she has taught me and wisdom that she has imparted. She has an amazing set of skills and talents that allow her to bring together a diverse and caring group of women and hold space for them as she guides them through processes and lessons that help them to change their relationship with food in a very powerful way.

     Imagine struggling with weight your entire life. Imagine trying every diet and yo-yo ing up and down with weight as you tried weight watchers, Dr Poon, South-beach and Dr Bernstein. As your final hope you try a group that looks at the why you eat the way you do and why your weight is the way it is. Imagine finding your final step in the journey to weight loss. Tracy is AMAZING and this group will truly change your life if you are ready and open to having it changed. From exploring when you started to overeat to ending your inner critic this journey is the first step to a new you and a new relationship with food. A highly recommended group and I am sincerely thankful to have been a part of it.

     Meeting Tracy and being part of this group was a transforming experience for me. I have been an emotional eater most of my life, caught in a cycle of diets and deprivation followed by periods of bingeing. This behaviour always left me feeling hopeless and alone. When I met Tracy and the other women in this group, I finally felt like I was talking to people who understood my language. Tracy is a wonderful teacher and a great listener. She teaches you how to become more conscious of your feelings and how they can drive us to food. Tracy also provides practical guidelines to help you understand your hunger cues and to eat mindfully. This group is by no means a “magic bullet” for weight loss, but if you want to understand your eating behaviour, then joining Tracy and this group is a great first step. For me, this group was just the start of my journey and I continue to learn about my relationship with food, using the tools I acquired from Tracy. Cheers Tracy!

     "Wow!" Is the best way I can describe this group. I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and this group was life changing. It offered a unique perspective on why we gain weight and how to keep it off - a perspective that is the voice of truth in a myriad of weigh-loss opinions and myths. This group was the first time I had met Tracy, and I found her to be an insightful, amazing facilitator who lead us into sometimes painful territory with ease and confidence. I feel honoured and lucky to have met Tracy, and taken this course and I would love for it to go on, and on and on.... I highly recommend it to anyone who has struggled with their weight. If you've tried to lose weight only to gain it back, if you've felt like you were doing something wrong, if you've ever felt alone in your struggles - this is the group for you.

     I was in the last Emotional Eating 7 week group, and I will tell you that I will miss this very insightful and profound group with all of Tracy's wisdom. The invitation is to look deeply at the causal points behind my eating habits, and what surprised me is that it shows up in all of my life, not just eating. The wisdom and deep inquiry that was received from Tracy's presence , and the other very special women that took part was profound. I am very excited to commune in Tracy's energy as a teacher and mentor, the value of this type of group can bring transformation at a very deep level. Thank you Tracy. One more thing, especially if you are ready to make adjustments in your life because of your weight, or life has hit a wall, I would recommend this to anyone seeking tools and viewpoints of inquiry that will shift the way you look at your life. As always I feel honoured to have met Tracy, and worked with her energy, it has changed my life very quickly. Namaste Tracy. :)

     I feel grateful that I came across Tracy's website by chance and joined this workshop. If you are expecting the usual "dietary" guidelines, this is not the place to be. Rather, you will get much, much more. This is a workshop about the many links between the issues involved in emotional eating. During and after workshop, I learned to ask myself specific questions before eating. I continue to apply the strategies that I learned. They are part of my toolbox. The flow of the workshop is such that each week builds on the previous week and reinforces learning. Each week starts with a discussion of any victories or struggles of the last week, and this without judgment. I think it takes considerable knowledge and experience to deal with this subject matter and Tracy is an outstanding facilitator who has the ability to take a rather complex issue and break it down into components that make sense to the participants.      What an amazing group this was! Tracy is such a great facilitator and I learned so much from her and the group. I learned so much about myself and my "mindless" and emotional eating. I continue to use the eating guidelines and find they are helping me to become more conscience and mindful of what I am eating. I really connected with the other women in the group and it was nice to know I was not alone in my struggles. Tracy is an excellent and skilled group leader who taught me to be less judgemental of myself and to be forgiving when I "slip up". I would love an Emotional Overeaters Group part 2 but will settle for taking a Meditation group with Tracy in the near future.

     Tracy is a master group facilitator with an incredible depth of knowledge to share. It was amazing to not only experience my own growth, but also to witness the progress of the other women in the group. Not a day goes by where I'm not able to apply the guidelines that we learned, and for that I am extremely grateful. The only negative I can say about this group is that it had to end. Can't wait for Tracy's meditation group to start!
