“This is a group for anyone interested living healthy(losing weight, maintain their weight, building lean muscle, or getting their energy back). Life is about LIVING, so we meet new people, create new friendships, workout together....what is next? Having more Life Experiences of course!!! Each meeting will include nutritional encouragement (your choice) and social outings to encourage an active lifestyle walking, hiking, rock climbing, swimming, kayaking, zumba, group fitness, yoga etc. Some life experiences will just be focuses around specific event and may not include a specific workout or exercise. All levels are welcome and no one will ever be discouraged for taking steps to lead a healthier lifestyle. I started this group because I have a health & wellness educator and I love to travel as well as meet other people that want to get fit together and have fun doing it. Looking forward to meeting new and old friends and creating life long friendships. I welcome suggestions of fun group activities and can't wait to meet everyone!!!
