What we do
All classes are designed around the core 52 moves of the Nia Technique
Every class starts with a check in and warm up before picking up to a more energised pace (at your level) Finishing with a cool down and floor play so you leave feeling energised

What to bring
Yourself as no other equipment is required for this class
Nothing unless you want something to make yourself comfortable
(Non-slip socks, cushion, blanket, teddy bear, comforter, water, snack)

This barefoot class encourages awareness, mobility, flexibility and strength
No footwear is required unless you need/prefer it
Underfloor heating at this venue keeps our feet toasty

The Village Hall can be found on the right hand side just after Dunsden Village Green.
