Save the Bay Call to Action

Photographer?s Call To Action!

There aren?t too many philanthropic opportunities for photographers. Here is a chance to give back to the earth that provides us the content from which we create art. If we don?t protect it, we will lose it. Isn?t it a shame that the most recent photographic opportunities to capture Grey Whales are the two dead ones found floating in the bay within the past month?

There is no excuse not to participate in this event. June 12 is the designated meet up date BUT you can take a picture anytime and upload them to the Save The Bay flickr site by June 15th. That gives you over a month to accomplish this!

The next time you experience the satisfaction of capturing the beauty of the bay area ask yourself ?what have I done to protect this for future generations?? Ansel Adams did it for us, now lets pay it forward.

Or join the discussion.

Thanks and hope to see you out there.
