a LIVE Webcasting event

  • Aug 31, 2012 · 5:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Cancelled due to insufficient people (need at least four for it to work.)

Another one of our LIVE on a budget event projects - where our members get hands on experience with both the production (backstage and show) as well as the live streaming up to the Internet.

To avoid any confusion, this project is being done strictly as a tool for our group members to learn how it's done at a real event. So you will be able to ask questions, operate cameras etc. and see how everything connects together all without fear of making costly mistakes
( I'll show you how to avoid that too )

It's a Live performance of the Ethan and Elizabeth duet singers in Union NJ where we will set up three or four cameras and multiple microphones, shoot the show live and stream it to an Internet Website.

Please sign up asap or, at least, before 10pm Thursday (only 12 spots available) so we know there's enough interest to spend the several hours it takes to arrange a live show like this.

It's not all work - you can watch the show too...

I'll have most of the equipment we need to shoot multi-camera / multi-audio so you will see both how it's done (from a backstage view) as well as help with setup, camera operation, video and audio switching/mixing, and connecting and streaming on the Internet ..
I'll also plan to be there around 3pm, so you are welcome to come early to see all the set up process

Sorry to repeat myself, but it's important to RSVP *now* showing if there's interest or not.

Keep checking the Website http://MeetUp.com/Webcasting and your eMail for any updates.

BTW: There's also Great Food and Bevies ___

If coming from NYC, it's easy by train - ask for directions
