What is meditation? Not some dry, boring thing that requires us to stop thinking. This idea has scared many away from a practise that can offer tremendous improvement to our quality of life.
The No BS weekly gathering is a space to learn about meditation, practise it in a welcoming space, create community and share. All are welcome, whether you're a regular meditator or have never meditated a minute in your life!
- Facilitated by Natalie Karneef, a writer and meditation instructor who has been studying meditation for 11 years.
- Chairs will be available, but if you prefer a cushion, please BYO for now :)
- Cost: Donations towards use of the room and for my time are greatly appreciated!
- Please note that there will be NO meditation June 5th or June 12th!
