Brian and Marty are continuing to still be thirsty!
The word is getting out that this is a fun and productive way to spend your second and fourth Tuesday, at least for the next few winter fly tying months, and we continue to enjoy the latest libations from Big Beaver. Last time BBBC unleashed a Scottish Ale that was incredible in my book. Local tying talent including Marty Staab, Rick Takahashi and Kaleb VanWagner tied alongside several others and all had a great time, again. And the beer was mighty fine, again.
The Big Beaver Brewing Company (BBBC) is located four blocks east of the Elkhorn Fly Shop. The address for the brewery is 2707 W. Eisenhower Blvd, Unit nine (around the back of the building and they now have access through the front of the building).
Bring your fly tying vise and materials and tie a few flies, or just drop by and hang out (and bring a friend or two if you'd like). The atmosphere at BBBC is perfect for this type activity. You don't have to RSVP, but it would be appreciated.
The facility there can handle many tyers and I'm quite certain they have enough beer.
