What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in Python, and Python related technologies. All skill levels are welcome.

I started this group to meet other people who enjoy software engineering and who are passionate about continuous learning. The group is perfect for anyone who already knows python and wants to network, or for someone who wants to break into the software industry.

Future events:

• Prepare for the Python PCAP certification

• Learning Data Structures

• Building a website using Django

• Code and Coffee

• Project Nights

• Hackathons

I'm also looking for other people interested in presenting, co-organizers, or businesses that are interested in sponsoring. Thanks!!

The couse comes with a web based IDE. I'll be using PyCharm which is helpful for debugging and is a tool you might use in industry. There is a free community version available: https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/#section=windows This meetup would good for anyone who's interested in studying for the PCAP certification, or someone who's interested in getting into the software industry. This meetup is also for experienced programmers who want to study with people who are on the same path as you.
