Come along for a great walk in the morning air! We will be walking 3 miles. You can do more or less depending on your fitness level. Come meet some new friends and get a great workout in to start your day off right! Walking is the most under-rated and most effective way to prevent disease, lose weight, increase your happiness and confidence, and improve your overall health and wellbeing! Everyone is welcome! We aren't super fast power walkers, but we try to go at a comfortable yet challenging pace. Get that body moving and increase your health, energy, and vitality!
