This group is for people who want to train outdoors for fitness, weight loss, and disease prevention. Need to get some exercise but don't know where to start? Looking for some friends, a trainer, and accountability to help you stay with it? Come join us today for a friendly, fun, welcoming, full-body workout that will help you live healthier and happier! All New Workout Formats!

NoWalls 525: This workout session helps you achieve a 5k in 5 weeks! Start with a half mile walk and by the end of 5 weeks you'll be ready to take on a 5k! (3.1 miles). This 5-week session mixes up your workout with walking days and workout days that use HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and MIIS (Moderate Intensity Interval Sets)

NoWalls 360: Once you're able to complete a 5k within an hour, you'll join NoWalls' 360 group, which helps you maintain this amazing achievement with 5k walks and HIIT workouts in 5-week sessions. These sessions will keep you motivated and inspired with new and different workouts every day!

Starting NOW: Tuesday and Friday 525 and 360 - two coaches; two paces. One group will walk about 1 mile; the other group will walk about 2 miles and then we'll come together for some HIIT and MIIS.

Do you have knee and/or back issues? Our interval training uses resistance bands and functional fitness moves that DO NOT require getting on the ground! WootWoot!! (It's about time, aye?)

At 9:00 Saturdays we'll start our walk from the walking trail behind the kids play area at Dry Creek Park. Join us to make some new friends, hang out with awesome people, and get your walk on! Have you been sedentary for awhile and not sure if you're ready? YOU ARE READY!! No time like today to get started living healthier and happier! It takes time and commitment to see health improvements and to make new and lasting friendships. How do you get there? JUST DO IT!!
