This is a regular Nordic walking class for competent Nordic Walkers who have successfully completed the Basic Techniques course.
We will consolidate the basic techniques learned on the beginners course and try out things such as interval training and uphill/downhill techniques etc to help improve fitness and muscular strength and endurance exercises for toning those all important muscles.
NB The cost per session would be reduced by £1 if you have your own poles. In addition, if you purchase a block of 5 or 10 sessions the price is reduced to £6 or £5 respectively (£5 or £4 with your own poles).
