What we're about

This group is for all who are interested in taking charge of their own wellness by learning East Asian techniques for energy management. We are sharing modern practices in meridian energy activation, tai chi and ki (qi) gong, all of which are forms of body strengthening and moving meditation taken from ancient martial arts and Korean Sun Do philosophy.
