Adaptive Leadership Mini-Workshop

Exciting to have Jessie Shternshus present at the February NF Agile Meetup!

Adaptive Leadership Mini-Workshop

The importance of adaptive leadership cannot be emphasized strongly enough. As leaders, we must be able to recognize the adjustments needed to respond to a changing environment and still achieve our goals. It is crucial that we actively enhance, practice and polish the skills required to effectively manage this shift.

Using experiential exercises correlated to specific real-world scenarios, our leadership mini workshop will strengthen your ability to communicate effectively, listen and observe actively, think quickly on the spot. You’ll apply tools and techniques to challenge outmoded habits and ways of thinking, reframe problems and you'll use this understanding to support the realization of goals and objectives through impactful leadership.

Jessie is an international speaker and facilitator specializing in communicating in a variety of scenarios including one-to-many, one-to-one, and team collaborations to drive business outcomes. She has been a keynote speaker for Agile Australia, Agile on the Beach 2019, Better Software, Macy's North Star Conference, UXMad PMI Kansas City and many more. She has worked with companies such as Crayola, GE, Macy's, Transferwise, Capital One, Tyson Foods, Netflix and various other great companies.
