When did you start playing games? Is it a longtime hobby, a renewal, or a new interest?

I started playing games roughly about the same time I started high school, so I've been interested in it for about 10 years. There was a stretch of time when I was unable to really play much, so I'm looking to get back into it.

What are your current favorite board games? What "new" games are you looking forward to playing?

I've mostly been playing the classics recently. The main ones are Clue, Risk, and 221 B Baker Street. As for new games, I'd really like to try playing some more resource, cooperative or indie-ish games.

What type board games are you most interested in playing (Euro-style, strategy, abstract, trivia, word, party/team) or do you like to play a variety of games? Does this include card, tile, dice, etc? If so, which ones?

The one type of game I will probably bow out of playing is trivia. Otherwise I'm usually up for giving a new game a try.

Which local and/or online stores get your "Gaming Gold" (aka "your money")? Do you purchase mostly from online sites, local gaming stores, major retail stores, private/individuals or through resale?

It really depends on what's around when I'm buying. If there's a game store that I know of I'll buy there, otherwise it's usually from an online retailer.

BoardGameGeek is a Great online resource for game info! BGG is NOT a store, it is a Resource for info. If you have a profile on BoardGameGeek.com, what is it? If you don't have one, why not go and create it now @ http://www.boardgamegeek.com
