ELOP Mindfulness Group

Come and join the new mindfulness group at ELOP. Mindfulness is a way of learning to pay attention to the present moment and develop a special awareness of what is going on in the present. This Mindfulness group is a welcoming new group that offers the opportunity to learn and practice Mindfulness meditation together. You don't need to know anything about mindfulness or mediation to attend. There is no need to book just arrive on the day, but please note that this is an hour long session followed by an optional half hour of social time rather than a drop in so arrival at 6:30pm is appreciated
