This is a group for anyone interested in healthy living, and feeling more of their body, and using less of their conceptual mind. I will be teaching and leading us through a variety of modalities to achieve this: Meditation circles, Reiki demonstrations, Yoga basics/fundamentals, Physical fitness and exercise, Singing, Nutrition guidance, Chakras, etc. This is also for people who have tried traditional medicine, and it hasn't worked for them. My belief is that through a variety of practices, we can learn how to be with our emotions, especially when we're triggered. This leads to happier cells and a happier person!
