The very-hard-to-book meeting room at Shoreline library had an opening, but hopefully it won't compete too much for everyone with it being the last full weekend for holiday shopping (if you are into that kind of thing), so let's do our popular free-style type of crafting. Maybe you need to put the finishing stitches on a quilt top, those last minute holiday gifts for the co-workers, or the myriad of other things one does this time of year, or you just may want to come in for a bit of company and some quiet, peaceful time away from the madness of traffic and noise this time of year brings. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks.
The room is booked noon to 5:00 p.m., so come any time between then, or stay for the whole time. The hard time to leave is 5:00 p.m. so clean up time will start at 4:30 as there is a study group (really??) set to descend at 5:00 p.m., but that does mean we don't have to put tables away, yeah!
And once more this is the last meetup for the year for our great group, so even if you cannot stay to craft, if you are anywhere in the area, (shopping at Northgate mall perhaps) it would be great to stop on in, wish everyone a happy new year, grab a cookie or other snack, rest a bit from the hustle and bustle before you power through the last bit of the weekend.
Hope you all will take a little time for yourself and stop by!
