Interested in AyurVeda? Healthy eating? Natural Medicine? Meditation? Dr. Paul Morehead is a world class expert and teacher of AyurVeda. In his fun and informative wellness seminars, you'll learn the basic principles of Maharishi AyurVeda, and how to live more in tune with your body and the seasons.

You'll learn how to identify your Dosha (body type) and what foods are best for you. How to use spices to enhance the flavors and health giving properties of your food. Paul also gives personal wellness consultations and pulse readings by appointment.

Paul is Associate Dean at Maharishi College of Perfect Health and Maharishi University of Management, in Fairfield Iowa, where he teaches the Masters Degree Program in AyurVeda and Integrative Medicine. He is an Co-Director of the Evanston Transcendental Meditation Center with his wife Carol.

Both Carol & Paul have had extensive years of study and training with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of Transcendental Meditation, from 1970 - 2005.
