Share the Chi.....Come join us for an evening of internal energy arts practice. We will be practicing various ancient forms of gathering circulating and cultivating chi, the life force within and around us. Qigong's great appeal is that anyone can benefit, regardless of ability, age, belief system or life circumstances. The slow gentle movements of most Qigong forms can be easily adapted, even for the physically challenged and can be practiced by all age groups
We will begin practice with warm ups and then learn Dragon Tiger, a 1500 year old practice that incorporates the elemental forms of Tai Chi. Used extensively in China for cancer, it's efficiency and results are well proven. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes as we will be standing on concrete floors (some mats are available) You may choose to bring a yoga or other mat with you
Princeton Frame will again be our meeting place. Due to Princeton being a retail store, attendees must arrive between 6:00-6:30 pm. At the start of practice the door will be locked and we will be in the lower level practice space. If you have any questions or concerns contact me via meetup beforehand. Look forward to sharing this vital practice with you all.
Please Note...There is NO Handicap Access at this meet up Location...Qigong involves standing and can be practiced seated. If you have trouble standing for 1 hour plus, please bring your own folding chair.
