(The hotel has also agreed that we can check in early and if rooms are not ready we can still use the hotel facilities/we are also welcome to do so after check out time on Sunday:)
Unlimited Golf – Day of arrival through day of departure (carts extra) "mountain golf at it's best" (golf cart rentals $15/pp - 9 holes, $18 pp - 18 holes)

You can walk to Downtown Bethel as well (2 minutes from hotel) for shopping or local restaurants. We will have one group dinner at hotel and the other night be on our own to enjoy Bethel. We chose the Bethel Inn and Bethel Maine, because there is so much to do in this area!
Full use of the resort facilities: Outdoor heated pool, saunas, tennis, lake house. Plenty to do locally! You could go to Sunday River Ski Area and take a Gondola Ride to the top for scenic views and hike down or just take the gondola down, take a Orvis fly fishing class, visit Bethel outdoor adventures which offers Rent an ATV or canoe/kayak, or go tubing!
Live Music in the Millbrook Tavern on Friday & Saturday evenings and there are plenty of restaurants in town that I am sure we can find something to entertain us at night!
Cost: $375 pp based on a double, inclusive of all taxes and resort fees. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: $550.00

I did ask for a discount for non golfers.......I got non golfers a $25.00 credit to use on the premises
NOTE: If you wish to share a room and need a roommate, let me know ASAP, I will do my best to help you find one. I will make a recommendation however I suggest you meet for lunch or coffee, it's always nice to meet prior to event. There is a chance that you may not have a room mate if we have an odd number or if some of the ladies book singles, in that event, if you still want to attend you may have to wait and see if someone else books or pay for a single. Just something to think about. THE EARLIER THE BOOK THE BETTER THE CHANCES ARE YOU'LL FIND A ROOMMATE :)
If there is enough interest we can take the Downeaster train, which operated out of Boston, Woburn and Haverhill. We an also make arrangements for transfers to and from the hotel. If not, WE WILL most definately be carpooling and will figure carpool locations a week or two prior to event. Feel free to room with someone you may know that is going, if you don't know anyone contact Sue with your wishes to be paired up someone else looking for a roommate. Please be patient and we will take care of these issues closer to the date when we know exactly who is coming.
If you chose to pay via Paypal and it's past sixty days your paypal fee may not be refundable, you will be responsible for that loss of paypal fee, to avoid this possibility, I suggest you pay via check.
Cancellations prior to 14 days, their is only a $25.00 processing fee.
Cancellations 4 to 14 days prior to event are are subject to the $25.00 processing fee and a $125.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations 3 days and under are subject to the following charges:
Double: $175.00, Single: $250.00
If you cancel late and we cannot find your roommate a replacement you will be responsible for the difference in rate (double to a single) or we may discount your portion to find a last minute replacement (balance going back to person that cancelled, if any). ALL THOSE that have RSVP'd and found your own roommate or been paired with one, if they cancel you may be paired up with someone to fill the spot. This is to be determined by the organizer of the group.
