28 day Wiwat Spectrum Challenge

*Initial Medical Evaluation including Lifestyle Medicine vital signs and bloodwork with a post Challenge follow up.

The 28 day Spectrum Challenge is covered by insurance and includes an initial assessment by Dr. Witkowski and a follow up assessment including Lifestyle vital signs and bloodwork. For those who choose not to use insurance, it is $99.00 for the 4 weeks which includes 4 one hour classes and lots and lots of support.

This is something I am interested in and have started to eat more salads and fruit and things from the earth :) My nutritionish recommended this and I am hoping to make 2013 a new year and hope to lose some weight and lower my blood pressure and keep my cholesterol in check.     I saw the 'Forks over Knives' dvd tonight.. I hope you all do too. It was so informative and inspiring. Dr. said you can get it on Netflicks. It was a good time. They had veggies and bean spreads for us to try. also roasted chic peas as an example of some recipes to try.

    Ladies - has anyone received an email from Pam on the FOOD LIST for the 28 Day Challenge ? I wanted to do some shopping this weekend to prepare for next week , as the Challenge starts on Monday 01/14.
    I sent an email to Pam first thing this morning - so hopefully we will hear from her soon.
