This group is for all those who aspire to become the best they can be and achieve their peak in life by improving their mental abilities such as coping with stress, focus, concentration, attentiveness, being in the present moment, self-awareness, and self-control. The goals of the group are maintaining and improving mental health and well being, discovering potentials and actualizing them, and attaining a state of optimal functioning. The meet-ups will be a chance to share and explore ideas, latest research findings, techniques, approaches, and experiences that will help in attaining the goals of mental fitness.
