"Are you a runner (or would be runner) over 40? Then come on in to a fun place to run, connect, support each other, ask for advice and share experiences and friendship.
We welcome all runners, or aspiring runners, to support one another with their running goals through group runs and social activities. Our goal is to create a fun and healthy environment, which includes running/walking and making healthy choices that promote injury free running that will enable us to run for life. Although we welcome everybody, our group is geared towards slower runners. Most of our group runs are between 11-14 min. miles and we take walk breaks, if needed. We are not a competitive group and our goal is for everyone to feel supported and comfortable on our runs.
