We host interactive workshops and meet-ups for people who want to learn how to improve their athletic performance so they can do what they love for longer. We work with all kinds of athletes, from mountain bikers, to volleyball players, to tri-athletes to Track and Field competitors to name a few.
As well as sharing our knowledge, we want to create more opportunity for real life connections to be made. Community is at the centre of everything we do. For us that's one of the best things about competitive sport of any kind - sharing a passion with a group of likeminded individuals.
Our coach, Danny Holland, has extensive experience coaching all levels of ability from complete beginners all the way to Olympic medalists. He's earned his stripes over his 10+ year career as a strength and conditioning coach and he's not afraid to go against the grain of what is an all too often unhealthy, image focused fitness industry.
