Calling all people who are committed to reaching their health & fitness goals! All skill levels are welcome.We host free drop-in group workout meetups at an outdoor gym and do a 45 minute group calisthenics (bodyweight) workout, followed by an optional 15 minute group meditation under a tree.We also have a positive and inspirational Whatsapp group to support everyone with their health & fitness goals! We will stretch and warm up for 10 mins, then do a group workout (everyone does as much as they personally can - all levels are welcome) for 30 mins and at 730 we do a 15 minute group meditation!
