Yoga Fit is a "Mind" and "Body" workout. It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as elements from Hatha Yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
This Yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to two minutes, sometimes longer. Have your matt, blanket, blocks (optional) , pillow or bolster (optional) ready.
