What we're about

North London Meditation Centre which aims to conduct mindfulness sessions for stress reduction through meditation programmes and positive open discussions. The other benefits can be to beat depression, control anger and anxiety, calm the mind, improve memory and improve emotional stability. Group sessions as well as one to one sessions can be organized upon requests.
